At Les Meres, your order will be carefully packed by hand, with love, and dispatched within 2-3 working days. To ensure a smooth and secure delivery, we partner with DHL.
You will receive a tracking notification from DHL once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.

All our Les Meres jewellery is made by hand, valuing all unique shapes & pearls, therefore it may contain imperfections and particularities that make this piece unique. We do not offer refunds for this type of particularities as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
Please note the following key points about our return and refund policy:
- All sales of discounted items or purchases made with a coupon code cannot be returned or refunded.
- In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or a refund for items returned within 14 days of delivery. However, returns received after this 14-day window will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Please understand that we are unable to accept returns for made-to-order, bespoke, or engraved pieces.
- Should you wish to initiate a return, kindly reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We strive to process returns within 5-10 working days of receipt. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, and we appreciate your understanding.
- We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns.
